Are Craftdmod watches water-resistant?
Yes. Our watches come in two water-resistance levels:
5 ATM – Suitable for swimming and surface diving up to 50m
3 ATM – Suitable for everyday wear; resistant to splashes and rain.
Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, or diving.
To ensure long-term durability, avoid unnecessary contact with water.
Water damage is not covered under warranty.
What movement does my Craftdmod watch use?
Craftdmod uses two types of high-quality movements:
Automatic (Self-Winding)
Quartz Movement
How do I adjust the steel band of my watch?
Some Craftdmod models come with removable links.
We recommend visiting a jeweler for the safest adjustment.
If you are skilled with tools, you may adjust the links yourself.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, our support team can help update your address.
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase.
A $15 administration fee applies.
After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
You may return the product once received.
Refusing delivery or not collecting the package will not qualify for a refund.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Contact us immediately.
We will send you the correct product and cover the return shipping costs.
My order is stuck at customs. What should I do?
If your tracking status does not update, please contact us at info@craftdmod.com.
Our team will provide instructions and assist with customs communication.
Why was my order cancelled?
Our fraud-prevention system may automatically cancel orders with a high-risk rating.
In such cases, we may request a credit card verification to confirm authenticity.
Can I modify my order?
Yes. You may request changes within 24 hours of purchase and only before the order is shipped.
Only one change per order is allowed.
Returns & Exchanges
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse:
We inspect the item (must be unused and in new condition)
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
If the return is not due to Craftdmod’s fault, shipping fees will be deducted:
$25 for standard shipping
$35 for express shipping
administration and bank fees
Sale items are eligible only for store credit.
Has my return been received?
We process returns every Monday.
After inspection, we will email you with confirmation.
Craftdmod is not responsible for lost return packages.
We recommend using trusted carriers such as FedEx or DHL.

14-Day Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied or if there is a shipping issue, you may return the watch within 14 days.
If the issue is on our side, we cover return shipping.
Otherwise, return shipping fees apply.
24-Month Movement Warranty
If a movement issue occurs within 24 months, we will replace your watch with a new identical model.
Return Condition
The watch must be returned in original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Sale items qualify only for store credit.

What is Craftdmod’s warranty policy?
Craftdmod provides a 24-month warranty on watch movements.
If an issue occurs within the first 14 days after delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
From day 15 to month 24, we will replace your watch with a new unit.
Warranty applies only to watches purchased directly from craftdmod.com.
