Please note:

• This estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date

• It is automatically calculated based on the time needed to process, craft, and ship your order

• Delivery times are estimated based on major cities—remote areas may require additional time

• Craftdmod is not responsible for delays caused by remote regions, offshore locations, or postal service limitations

Faster delivery options are available via Express Shipping or Premium Shipping.
These options speed up processing and production time, but do not guarantee a specific arrival date.

If you pay via bank transfer and the payment does not clear immediately, your delivery estimate will begin from the day Craftdmod receives the payment.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by late payment confirmation.

Tracking Information

If you do not receive your tracking number:

• Check your spam/junk folder

• Email our customer support if your tracking number was misplaced or your tracking status has not updated for several days

If there is an issue, Craftdmod will contact the carrier and resolve it with minimal inconvenience to you.

Shipping Address Policy

For security reasons, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
If you will not be available at the delivery address, contact customer support—shipment postponement may be possible.
