These Terms of Service govern your use of the Craftdmod website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Craftdmod, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information during checkout. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information

We strive to present accurate product details including specifications, images, and colours. Slight variations may occur due to screen differences or handcrafted elements in our custom builds. Availability may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or customs duties. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise during checkout.

5. Order Processing

Craftdmod processes orders within 24–72 hours.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take longer.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide, with free standard shipping to most regions.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs.
Upgraded shipping options (Express / Priority) improve processing speed but do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, shipping damage), Craftdmod will cover return shipping.

• If the return is for personal preference or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; Craftdmod will deduct €25 (or €35 for Express shipments) to cover our original shipping and administrative fees.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit.

8. Warranty

Craftdmod watches and components come with a 24-month warranty covering movement-related issues.
Warranty does not cover:

• water damage

• accidental impact

• misuse

• unauthorized repairs or modifications

9. Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact customer support immediately.
Address changes are possible only if the order has not been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the destination or issue a refund for undelivered packages caused by incorrect customer information.

10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
A €15 processing fee applies to cover administrative and banking costs.
After 24 hours or once your order moves into processing/shipping, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still request a return once the item arrives.

11. Payment & Security

Craftdmod uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security systems to protect your personal information.
Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT, Bancontact, iDeal, and other regional payment options.

12. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers, Craftdmod uses automated and manual fraud monitoring.
Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled.
We may request additional verification (such as proof of card ownership) before processing the order.

13. Customs & Import Regulations

Certain orders may be delayed by customs inspections.
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, please contact us for assistance.
Customs delays are outside Craftdmod’s control.

14. Limitation of Liability

Craftdmod is not responsible for:

• delivery delays caused by carriers or customs

• damage occurring after successful delivery

• incorrect address information provided by the customer

• misuse or water damage to products

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Craftdmod website—logos, images, product designs, and written material—is owned by Craftdmod.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
